Killington and Stratton get better wireless signals

Verizon Wireless has added three new cell sites to Killington and Stratton. Two new sites increase wireless voice and data coverage and capacity to the town of Killington, Routes 100 and 4, and the surrounding area. A third site increases coverage and capacity to Stratton Mountain Resort, as well as the surrounding area.

Other hills across the U.S. receiving enhanced Verizon Wireless coverage this winter thanks to newly activated cell sites include Okemo, Burke Mt., Jay Peak, Mount Snow, Magic Mt. and Bromley (Vermont), Jiminy Peaks (Massachusetts), Hunter Mt. (New York), Bear Mt. and Snow Summit (California), Mohawk Mt. (Connecticut), Hidden Valley (Pennsylvania), and Alpental (Washington).
