Gels for tired limbs

We all know snowboarding can be a painful business – bruises, bumps and generally knackered limbs and joints are all part of the experience. There are some great products on the market to help you soothe your aches. Here are a few we’ve come across that are worth taking on your snow trip this winter.

Active Blue Muscle and Joint Rub

This little blue bottle of goodness helped me out immensely while training for a recent marathon. It’s a dual action product which cools and soothes using a load of great natural ingredients including Aloe Vera, Glucosamine Sulphate, Golden Emu Oil, Willow Bark, Menthol and Chamomile. It absorbs quickly, isn’t sticky and comes in a handy hand-luggage-friendly 50ml bottle costing £7.95. Larger sizes are also available.
