Yoga moves for your post-riding cool down

Tara Dakides was raving about the website when we spoke to her last year. Each day there’s a new 10 to 15 minute video on the website – covering all kinds of yoga moves.
We just came across this one which contains yoga poses for after a day on the slopes. It features pro skiers and snowboarders talking about the stretches they need and then runs through a series of stretches and poses to tackle the stiff bits.
