More details of the LG Freeze – which takes place at London’s Battersea Power Station in late October – have been announced.
The contest highlights are:

- 7 times X Games Gold Medallist Skier Tanner Hall
- Multiple X Games Medallist Skier Jon Olsson
- Skier Jacob Wester
- Olympic silver Medallist Snowboarder Danny Kass
- Hampus Mosesson
- UK Olympic hopeful and LG sponsored athlete Dan Wakeham
Thursday sees the FIS British Open take place. You'll get to see 25 British and 25 international snowboarders battle it out for the chance to compete on Saturday's FIS World cup day. Rider lists are being put together by the nations team captains and organisers.
The first batch of bands have also been confirmed London's first ever snow and music festival
Acts performing in the 10,000 capacity tent include indie anthem giants The Enemy, Cardiff rockers The Automatic, New Wave Hollywood exports Iglu & Hartly as well as The Cuban Brothers and The Anomalies. Joining them too are Cage The Elephant, Haunts, Trouble Andrew, Les Gars, I Say Marvin, Jett Black and Underground Heroes.
