The view from... Tignes
All right, all right - it's getting beyond a joke now.
I arrived in Tignes on Sunday and it's only just stopped snowing. I reckon we've had more than two metres of the white stuff in four days.
In 20 years, I have never seen so much snow at this point in the season - it is unprecedented.
Finally got a blue sky day on Thursday and - as you can see from the picture - the view was amazing. The snow was pretty damn good too.
I'm here to do a piece with two of the rising stars of the British surfing scene - English junior champion Lewis Clinton, 17, and his 19-year-old brother Jack, who competes on the UK Pro Tour.
The idea is to see how they cope with a switch to another boardsport. And, even though Lewis has been ill, they're loving it.
Under the brilliant instruction of British pro rider Ed Clarke, the progress they're making is frightening - breezing down red runs and tackling mini-kickers already.
They're never been to the snow before, so we played it safe and travelled with Mark Warner Holidays.
Having worked for Crystal before, I was sceptical - but the Mark Warner guys are phenomenal.
No hard sell on the coach, everything ran efficiently (we even got our bags brought to our rooms) and the staff have been amazingly helpful.
Our hotel - Hauts de Touvieres in Tignes - is a wicked little place and Scotty's Bar is right next door. Result.
We've got two days left on the mountain and the forecast is good - so we're going to be hitting it big style, hopefully returning home injury-free in time for Christmas.
Oh, one last thing.
Remember I told you about the helmet camera I tested in Verbier? The competition to win it is now live on the News of the World website.
