When you've spent all day on the mountain a top class meal in the evening is paradise. We all remember the chalet holidays where we've eaten like kings and queens - and can't fit into our skinny jeans when we get home.
Being able to make amazing three course meals every night for a large group - and still have time to go snowboarding - is a fantastic skill.
Well Seasoned are running a series of week-long courses in Tignes this summer and autumn to help you get to grips with the business - and help you build up a repertoire of kick-ass meals that will keep your clients and bosses happy.
You'll learn to master breakfast, afternoon tea (featuring the all important cakes!) and three course evening meals through a combination of theory, demonstrations and hands-on practicall cooking experience.

Even better - when you're not in the kitchen, you'll be free to enjoy the summer activities available in the resort - including summer skiing and snowboarding, when the glacier is open.
The main tutor and course founder is Gemma Taylor who has spent eight seasons working in hospitality. She's been involved in training Neilson hospitality staff at the start of each season and previou graduates of her course have gone on to work for well-known chalet companies all over the Alps.
The course costs £595 which includes six days tuition, full board catering with wine in the evening, chalet accommodation based on two sharing and return transfers from Geneva airport. You can save 10% on this price if you book before May 31.
Check out their recipe of the month too - April is Lemon & Polenta cake - yum!
