Torah Bright Sets Scoring Record in X Games Superpipe Win

Torah Bright made X Games history on Friday night. The Roxy rider's second run was awarded a 97.33 - the highest score ever for Women's Superpipe.

Torah had to overtake Kelly Clark, who had put down a great run with big tricks and amplitude in her first run.  Hannah Teter took the third spot with a solid run.

The scary part of the night came on Gretchen Bleiler's second run. She hit the deck on her second hit, bouncing twice before landing in the transition.

Gretchen was able to ride away, but she cracked her helmet and decided to skip her last run. Watch a clip of Gretchen Bleiler's second run and scary slam at the bottom of this page.
