Girls Academies return to Castleford in January

SNO!Zone Castleford’s series of Girls Academies kicks off for the new year on January 30 2009.

These sessions take place every second Friday evening and are a great way to get to grips with the freestyle basics or improve your park skills with professional tuition and advice.

There are dedicated rookie features on the slope that will help you progress into the main park.

The three hour sessions run as follows:

7pm - 7.30pm Warm-up/pre-session advice
7.30pm - 9.30pm Main coaching session with video feedback
9.30pm - 10pm Practice/tech session (on everything from setting up your kit to learning the tricks lingo)
10pm Chill out and check out your video clips over a drink in the 50fifty bar

Sessions cost £30 for adults and £25 for juniors. If you pre-book three sessions together you'll get a free SNO!park hoodie.
