It seems like just a few months ago we were talking about a new feature film being shot in the alps with a snowboarder as the main character. Now the much discussed film, Chalet Girl, is about to hit the theaters.

Here's the plot breakdown...

Found out some interesting movie gossip while out at the Brits in Switzerland. Spencer Claridge is one of the head guys at Soulsports, the organisers of the Brits. However he wasn't here for a couple of days as he was in Austria shooting a new movie. He and television presenter/team manager Christian Stevenson were shooting a new film called The Chalet Girl.  It's based on a book by Kate Lace of the same name which is loosely based on the story of Cinderella.

A new exhibition to celebrate Britain's snowboarding creative talent opens in a couple of weeks in London.

The LCB surf/skate/snow store in the east end has teamed up with Whitelines magazine to host the exhibition which will showcase the world of Britain's most established and talented photographers and designers.

The show opens on Thursday March 4 and runs until April 1. The store at 121 Bethnal Green Road is open 8am to 7pm daily.
