Oakley Girlsessions in Finland becomes 3 star TTR event

The Oakley Girlsessions take place in Ruka, Finland from April 1 to 3. This year, the fifth year of the event, it has also gained 3 star TTR status.

Nearly 100 girls took part in the event last year and up and coming riders from Finland and all over the world, including Enni Rukajärvi, are expected to compete in 2009.

Two Oakley watches worth 500 euros each are up for grabs alongside other prizes worth over 4000 euros from Oakley, Skullcandy and Battery energy drink.

There will also be coaching available for all park and halfpipe riders. Girls who are just getting started in freestyle are also encouraged to come along for some tips.

The park and pipe will be open most of the time also for guys and the bloke in the best Drag Queen outfit will win some Oakley goggles.
