Gretchen Bleiler claimed her third X-Games Superpipe Gold under the lights in Aspen on Friday night.  It took her second run with huge amplitude, a frontside 900, back to back 720s and a Crippler 540 to fend off Torah Bright. Torah nearly snatched the gold with a massive McTwist 720 and McTwist 540. Kelly Clark took third with massive amplitude.

On Kelly's last run she nearly stomped a 1080. It would have been the first in women's competition.  "This was by far the most progressive women’s final I’ve ever seen," Clark said.  "I’m honored to be a part of it."
