The body of a young Japanese snowboarder reported missing last month has been found on Blackcomb mountain.

Twenty-five year old Ai Ito was last seen on March 20 heading for the Seventh Heaven area of the mountain.

Her body was discovered on Sunday in an out-of-bounds area by the resort’s search and rescue team using a helicopter and sniffer dogs.
