The Brits are moving to Tignes, France in 2013. The official dates are March 23rd – 30th. Along with the move, the big air competition is being dropped in favor of a rail event. The British Snow Tour announces dates for 2011/2012 season.
Day three at the Brits saw the highly anticipated SNO!zone British Halfpipe Championships take place. The crowds welcomed the sunshine, but this made for quite challenging snow conditions for the riders. However, that didn’t stop World-class halfpipe runs being thrown down and World Cup Halfpipe Team members Lesley McKenna and Ben Kilner taking the top spots with faultless, technical runs.

The Brits 2009 and SNO!zone, the UK’s largest indoor snow slope operator, have announced their continued partnership on and off the slopes at this year’s Brits when they take the title rights for the SNO!zone British Halfpipe Championships and host the SNO!zone Drum and Bass night in association with Cushe and Metrosnow.co.uk.
