19-year-old Finn Enni Rukajärvi wins Roxy Chicken Jam

In a high-class competition, Enni Rukajärvi took victory at the 7th Roxy Chicken Jam 2010 at Saalbach Hinterglemm. At the world’s biggest snowboard event for girls only, the 19-year-old Finn won over double Roxy Chicken Jam champ Cheryl Maas (NED) and Norwegian Kjersti Buaas Oestgaard who took second and third.

This season's European Roxy Chicken Jam is heading to a new location. After six events in Innsbruck, St Moritz and Kaprun, the 7th annual jam will take place at the Nightpark Saalbach Hinterglemm from January 8 to 10.

The contest itself will take place just 200 metres from the centre of the village, meaning more people will be able to see the action. There'll also be live gigs and night parties. The park will be shaped especially for the event, offering two jib sets at the beginning and the end of the course and a triple kicker line in the middle.

Roxy Chicken Jam cancelled

The European Roxy Chicken Jam has been cancelled. The qualifications were held on Friday but the finals had been postponed after bad weather on Saturday.
