If you like making movies of your snow antics or any other hobbies – and have some footage or a camera to hand – then you might like to spend a little time prepping a film for this contest.

Totinos are running a competition fronted by Danny Kass to give away an all expenses trip for four to the 2010 Winter X Games in Aspen. If you don’t win that, the runner up gets $5,000 cash and the second finalist gets a year’s supply of Totino’s Pizza Rolls brand Pizza Snacks.

Britain’s best-selling Sunday newspaper is on the lookout for video clips of your snowboarding triumphs and tragedies as part of a new competition.

Extreme sports have long been ignored in the mainstream media but the News Of The World website has bucked the trend - by embracing snowboarding in the countdown to London Freeze. 

The site is piloting extreme sports content to see if there are readers beyond the worlds of footie, rugby and motor sport.
