Kevin Pearce and his mom, Pia, were on the Today Show to talk to Matt Lauer about his recovery. 

Kevin has made amazing progress since he accident in late December. He said he still has issues with vision, balance, and reflexes but KP plans to get back on a snowboard soon.

Kevin Pearce's recovery after sustaining a serious brain injury while practicing in the halfpipe has been a major topic of interest in both the snowboard world and with mainstream media.

Kevin Pearce's recovery after sustaining a serious brain injury while practicing in the halfpipe has been a major topic of interest in both the snowboard world and with mainstream media. We're happy to be able to tell you that Kevin has made amazing progress in his recovery and rehab and has been able to return to his home in Vermont, but he still has a long way to go.

Kevin's progress has been chronicled in two national media outlets today:

Kelly Clark and Kevin Pearce win BEO halfpipe titles

Kelly Clark (USA) and Kevin Pearce (USA) have won the 10th Annual Burton European Open halfpipe finals for the second consecutive year. Each will take home $15,000 USD.

Pearce, White and Clark win halfpipe semi-finals

The guests of honour at the Burton European Open's 10th birthday party competed on Wednesday in halfpipe semi-finals in Laax, Switzerland up on Crap Sogn Gion.
