O-matic

We noticed back at SIA that the O-Matic Super by Tara Dakides no longer had the "by Tara Dakides" attached to it.  So we figured something must be going on between Tara and O-Matic, which was a little weird since she was a co-founder of the company.

The Extreme Scene talked to Todd Richards and has learned that Tara has parted ways with O-Matic. There were rumors that Tara was signing with Flow, but it seems a deal couldn't be worked out.

Tara is still one of the biggest names in women's snowboarding. Where do you think she's going to end up?

Powderroom.net ambushed Tanya Otero, Sales Director of O-Matic Snowboards, in Milwaukee, WI to hear what she had to say about working for a smaller, new company and what she’s learned in her years of experience in the industry.
