Watch the Women's Part from Standard Films' The Storming

Standard Films has just released the full women's part from their latest film The Storming. It includes Leanne Pelosi, Hana Beaman, Raewyn Reid, Erin Comstock, and Kimmy Fasani.

UPDATE: Looks like they took down the full part and replaced it with this remix. Too bad you don't get to see Kimmy's sled burn down!

You can get it in ipod or regular format for free for a limited time at http://www.stancemovie.com/. The full version is 1.16GB so it will take awhile to download...so in the meantime you might want to watch the embedded version below.

The film by JMills Entertainment features Gretchen Bleiler, Hana Beaman, Kimmy Fasani, Lisa Filsmozer, Jenny Jones, Torah Bright and Raewyn Reid.

MGT Snowboard camp at Grouse Mountain wraps up

The MGT Snowboard camp crew sent us this write up of the two-day all girl’s camp they held at Grouse Mountain, North Vancouver at the weekend:

 30cm – 40cm fell each night during this past weekend at Grouse Mountain in North Vancouver. Vancouver’s metamorphosis into a snow-cave resulted in a pillow party for what is usually strictly a terrain park camp.

MGT Snowboard Camp coaches Marie-France Roy, Leanne Pelosi, Raewyn Reid, Robin Van Gyn and Joanna Majcherkiewicz had campers throwing themselves off any feature producing some heavy bails and first time pillow and cliff experiences.

Robin from the MGT all-girl snowboard camp crew just dropped us a line to tell us what they’ve been up to this summer. Here’s how their summer season shaped up…

MGT has wrapped up another banger summer session season in 2008. Two summer sessions went down this past August with summer slush in Mt Hood and a cold rush in South America.

High Cascade Snowboard Camp hosted MGT in session six with coach and phenom Leanne Pelosi leading the pack. Other coaches Raewyn Reid and Desiree Melancon showed the MGT campers all kinds of new ninja rail moves and girls were amped to shred the slush in the sun.
