Fall is kicking in

I think Fall is finally kicking in, but summer put up a fight. Last weekend it was nearly 90°F, sunny, and humid in the NYC area. Tomorrow temps are expected to be in the mid-60's and they are saying it might get into the 40's in the burbs tonight.

I can't wait - fall is my favorite season. I love the crisp mornings and the jeans and sweater weather. I know it sounds like blasphemy but if it could just stay fall like and keep snowing in the mountains I'd be a very happy girl. Although after years of urban living, I now live in a house with lots of trees. Raking isn't going to be fun.

At least winter can't be far behind!
